Kit orders using any
method: Due to the amount of fraud and theft generated on the Internet,
plus the fact that each and every kit is custom and assembled one at a time,
Mission Amps has a firm NO CANCELLATION policy. Be very sure you want these
items as typically there will be no returns, refunds or canceling of any
orders once placed. If allowed by Mission Amps and only at it's sole
discretion, ALL returned or canceled purchases will be subject to a min 15%
restocking fee PLUS any and all the cost incurred by Mission Amps in the
handling, packaging/shipping or any costs of processing any financial
transactions regarding an order using credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal or
any other means used to convey payments to Mission Amps, et al. NO EXCEPTIONS,
these are the rules, do not order if you do not agree. Returned items once

Kit
Warranty: It's always easy to blame a part for a problem in your kit.
Before you conclude that a part may be bad, thoroughly check your work. Almost
all components have reached incredibly high reliability levels, sometimes sad
to say that our human construction skills have not! On the rare occasions a bad
component may slip through. All our kit parts carry the Mission Amps Kit
Warranty that they are free from defects for a full ninety (90) days from the
date of purchase. Defective parts will be replaced promptly at our expense. If
you suspect any part to be defective, please mail it to us for testing and
replacement. If instructed to do so send only the defective part or parts, not
the whole kit. The part/parts or Kit MUST be returned to us using an
RMA and in suitable condition for testing. Please
be aware that testing can usually determine if the part was truly defective or
damaged by assembly or usage. Don't be afraid to tell us that you 'screwed-up',
we all make mistakes and in most cases, replacement parts are not that
expensive. Some parts may require the return of the entire kit for diagnostics.
Call or email before sending componetns as it may be necessary to return the
entire kit. --Still can't make it work-- If after making an honest
effort to build your amp kit you cannot seem to get it to work, we offer a flat
$75.00 minimum service fee to check the kit out, repair any building errors, replace
defective parts and guarantee the amp to work correctly at that point. This
offer DOES NOT include the cost of damaged components incorrectly installed by
the builder or shipping and handling to and from Mission Amps. See our
repairs page for more information. --Missing
parts-- Before assuming a part value is incorrect or missing, check the
parts listing and all the parts carefully. Often times, common sense will solve
a mysterious missing part problem. Sometimes parts are substituted due to
availability, these are usually noted in the documentation. Mission Amps kits
are packed in our facility with pride. If you believe we sent the wrong part or
left out a part clearly indicated in your documentation, please write, email or
call us with information on the part you need and proof of kit purchase. You

Amp
Warranty: Mission Amps amplifiers are warranted against manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship for the period of five (5) years from the
date of purchase. Tubes, fuses and speakers carry a ninety (90) day warranty.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original user.
Service under this warranty must be obtained by returning the unit to the
Mission Amps factory using the RMA process, or to
an approved Mission Amps servicing distributor. This warranty does not
guarantee serviceability in or for any application and will not include any
incidental or consequential damage or loss caused either directly or
indirectly. Shipping cost to and from the Mission Amps factory or to an
approved servicing distributor are the responsibility of the customer/user.
Modifications and/or Alterations Void any warranty. This warranty does
not cover acts of god, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear or use other than
its original intention.

Individual Parts
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a full ninety (90) day
standard warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship from the
date of purchase. This does not cover shipping damage or damage by the end
user. All returns must use the RMA process. All
parts must be returned to Mission Amps for inspection before replacement parts
will be sent. As with any parts this warranty does not guarantee serviceability
in any application and will not include any incidental or consequential damage
or loss caused either directly or indirectly.

accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Visa, Mastercard and of course,

Returns &
Cancellations: If allowed by Mission Amps and only at it's sole

RMA: ALL returned items MUST have a valid
Return Materials Authorization. The
RMA number must be marked on the outside of the
box and a copy of the RMA along with a copy of
your original reciept must be included with the contents.RMA's will be issued depending on conditions for all
returned goods. You must have a copy of your receipt before an
RMA can be accepted.

Shipping: Shipping is based on weight, size, destination,
contractor and speed. Mission Amps attempts to reduce costs to the customer by
offering offering various shipping options. Items shipped outside the
Continental US and/or with special shipping considerations WILL have additional
shipping charges added. This includes PayPal buttons. We will email you if
there is additional charges or if the shipping charges
change.
Shipping Address and
Tracking: All items shipped must have a valid address that can accept
deliveries. Any order once placed and shipped will be considered delivered. If
the package does not arrive as expected losses must be handled by the shipping
contractor (USPS, UPS, FedX etc.). Mission Amps will work with you and the
shipping contractor to help resolve these problems. Insurance must be purchased
and is included in the shipping with all BUY NOW purchases. Remember insurance
is mandatory in order for the purchaser to process any
claim.

provided are offered as a guide to assemble, test or use the device
only. Mission Amps cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in these
guides. As these are component kits, neither Mission Amps LLC nor any other entity can or will
be liable for any damage be it personal, property or monetary, that may occur
while building, testing or using these devices. These devices may contain
potentially lethal voltages. The builder of these devices should have
appropriate technical expertise commensurate with the tasks required. If while
building, testing or operating these devices the builder or operator requires
technical assistance it is the responsibility of the builder or operator to
acquire that assistance. Operation of any of these devices outside of an
appropriate enclosure is not advised.

Miscellaneous: Parts Availability: Some items may
ship directly from the manufacturer. This is done to reduce shipping costs and
speed deliveries while helping with inventory. In the unlikely event there is a
problem we will let our customer know as soon as we are made aware.
Origin: As a matter of normal business policy we avoid using
products from off shore suppliers even though they are usually much cheaper.
Because we make every attempt to purchase from US suppliers our delivery
times can usually be controlled very closely. This also keeps your hard earned
money working for all of us right here in the good old USA. We also
believe that you really do get what you pay
for.
Unfortunately: You may find that some components are
actually manufactured elsewhere, unfortunately there may be no substitutes for
these items. Unless they are NOS, most new tubes, sockets and other components
of this type are no longer manufactured here. Sad to say this is unavoidable,
rest assured that we have exhausted all other possibilities during our
purchasing. We are American so we make every attempt to buy
American.
